Massage & Energetic Therapies:

Massage is a beneficial healing modality for every “body”. There are many different types of massage that are available for the young to old, shy to adventurous. In Asian tradition children are taught to massage so that they may massage their wise elders “parents & grandparents”. This learning experience is believed to enhance the quality of family life and bonds a strong relationship between child and parent. In Japan the blind are taught massage and are given the opportunity to work as a Shiatsu or Tuina Therapist. Honing in on their other senses.

For adults who are new to massage “Reflexology” is a great place to start. For the adventurous or athletic person there is Acupressure, Shiatsu, Pre/Post Sports Massage, or one of the signature “Ashi Treatments™”. These massage therapies are done with an accurate and deeper pressure to alleviate pain and stress in the body.

People with muscle injuries or chronic pain syndromes would benefit from Acupuncture, Acupressure, Aromatherapy or any of the Advanced Therapeutic therapies. Re-educating the muscles to aid the body to heal by sending signals to the central nervous systems to open up blood vessels, which increase the flow of blood to a muscle area is just one of the benefits of massage therapy.

Older persons or those with arthritis and atrophied muscles would appreciate the relaxing and or stimulating effects from a Swedish Therapeutic Massage. For a wonderful way to promote an over-all feeling of well being while at the same time getting your muscles therapeutically worked.

Chinese massage which applies “Accurate- Pressure” to “acupuncture” points located on the body’s meridian pathways to bring balance to “Qi” (pronounced “Chi”) energy flow. Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy includes many of the modalities such as Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Orthopedic, Pre-Post Sports, Swedish-Therapeutic, Trigger Point, Tuina. This type of therapy is customized for your massage session, whether it be for pain relief or therapeutic relaxation, this is what we specialize in! $40. ½ hr or $75. hr

Aromatherapy: Clinical Aromatherapy is the use of high quality pure grade essential oils for a specific outcome. Essential oils are chosen based on the patients previous and current health history, signs and symptoms as well as health goals. Massage with essential oils can be very beneficial for stress, tension, chronic pain syndromes, insomnia and much more. Aroma and Essential Oil Therapy is available by consultation/evaluation also. initial visit $125. includes consultation and one hour relaxing massage. Aromatherapy Massage $75. hr or Advanced Clinical Aromatherapy $100. hr after initial visit

Aromatherapy & Essential Oil Therapy Consultation: Consultation to evaluate the patient’s health history and health goals for the purpose of incorporating essential oils and aromatherapy for a healthy lifestyle. Aromatherapy consultations can also be scheduled to teach an individual about the many uses of essential oils and aroma-therapies and how they can be used for preventative healthcare. Massage, inhalation, diffusing, topical compresses, healing baths and hydrotherapies are many ways that aromatherapy can be used. Consultation $75. Consultation with Custom Blend $150.

Aromatherapy Scalp Massage: Aromatherapy is a natural way to add shine and moisture to dry, lack luster hair as well as stimulate hair growth. A pure essential oil blend custom made for the scalp is applied to your hair and massaged into the scalp, neck, and shoulders. Pressure is applied the Acupressure points to relieve tension and remove blockages. Your hair is wrapped in a warm towel while the hands are massaged in the rejuvenating treatment. The oils should be left on for 24 hours for maximum benefit. $75

Ashi Acupoint-Meridian Qigong™: Combination of Acupressure Meridian Massage and Tibetan Qigong Energy Therapy designed to open up all the body’s energetic channels to allow the “Qi” to move freely throughout the body. $100. hr

Ashi Aroma Meridian Stone Therapy™: Ancient art of aromatherapy and eastern massage techniques. All natural therapeutic grade essential oils are applied to the body’s meridian acupuncture points combined with acupressure and healing hot stone massage. Essential oils are custom blended for each individual treatment. $100. hr or Advanced Clinical $125 hr.

Hot Stone Massage: Relaxing Hot Stone Massage with the use of hot and cool basalt stones. The stones are comprised of volcanic and mineral properties. The stones are an extension of the therapists hands a tool applied to tense muscles with relaxing massage techniques to attain a deeper level of healing. This is truly an experience you don’t want to miss! $100 hr.

Ashi Asian Beauty Facial Massage®: This facial treatment incorporates Chinese Pearl powder to soften and moisturize. Precious Pearl is an ancient Chinese secret used for anti-aging from wrinkles and dark spots. We use our very own natural secret ingredients to cleanse, exfoliate, and tone the skin. Aromatic Towel Steam & Hot Stone Massage for Hands is included. $85 add ½ hr. reflexology for feet additional $40.

Bach Flower Therapy: Healing the emotional and spiritual causes of illness with the use of homeopathic flower essences, the Bach flower remedies. Consultation evaluation with specific flower essence questionnaire is used as a guideline for client’s choice of remedies for home use. Bach Flower Consultation includes (1) dropper bottle w/remedy dilution for home use. $100. (one hr) $75. each additional hour. Additional remedies are available for purchase at the time of your session.

Bach Flower Massage: Treatment by topical application of Bach Flower Remedies to body zone areas, similar to acupuncture points, meridians and the chakra systems to help the body heal itself from blockages. $200. (2 hrs). (two hour session includes consultation/evaluation to choose specific remedies, one hour massage and (1) dropper bottle w/remedy dilution for home use.)

Cranio Sacral Therapy: A gentle hands-on method that focuses on alleviating restrictions of the cranial-sacral rhythm. Headaches, neck and back pain, chronic fatigue, scoliosis, TMJ, stress, tension and many other conditions can benefit, from Cranio Sacral Therapy.  $65.

Custom Perfume Blending for an all natural perfume or specific scent is available by appointment with a Registered Aromatherapist for $150. includes (1) .35oz customized  anointment perfume (in jojoba). Aromatherapy scents or pure grade essential oil blend without a carrier oil base subject to additional fees.

Pregnancy (Pre&Post Natal): Gentle Swedish and Therapeutic Massage Therapy with proper body placement accompanied by bolsters and pillows to aid in comforting the mom-to-be. Safe and effective relief from physical discomforts one may experience during and after pregnancy. $75. Please check with your health care provider if Pregnancy Massage is contra-indicated during your pregnancy. Pregnancy massage is best received when the mother can comfortably lie on a professional massage table without having any contra-indicated medical issues.

Reflexology: Foot massage that incorporates specialized Tibetan massage techniques with thumb and finger pressure to reflex points located on the feet. A wonderful way to relieve stress and rejuvenate tired feet. Reflexology is a good choice in therapies if introducing someone new to massage. A one hour session includes hot stones and can focus on feet or include hands and scalp. $75. or try a mini ½ hr session for the feet: $40. (does not include hot stones)

Shiatsu: Shi-atsu “Finger Pressure”. A form of Japanese bodywork that applies rhythmic pressure to acupuncture points located on the body’s meridian pathways to bring balance to the “Ki” energy flow: $75.

Tuina: An ancient form of Vital Energy Massage. An Asian therapy that incorporates a form of pinchment, twisting, grabbing, pulling and shaking of muscle areas that chronically sore and stagnant with crepitus or adhesions. Tuina is usually blended with another form of massage so that the client also gets a chance to relax after having such a stimulating treatment of Tuina.  $40. ½ hr or $75. hr when included with advanced clinical massage.
