Scheduling an Appointment or Class, Purchasing Gift Certificates & Packages

Please read over our Policies and Procedures listed below.

From the moment one arrives at Ashi you will be welcomed and greeted by friendly staff. Supportive and highly trained professionals are here to help you achieve optimum health and wellness. Enveloped by the peacefulness of the center one is sure to find peace and tranquility.

Ashi Therapy would like to invite you to use this form below to register for our E-newsletter or mailing list and or if you need additional information not found on the website. By trying a variety of our treatments you will benefit from the many years of experience and fine tuned skills of the holistic practitioners available at our center. All practitioners are state licensed and nationally certified.

At Ashi Therapy we use only the finest quality products available. No artificial ingredients, chemicals or synthetic scents are used in any of our treatments. Even our signature holistic spa treatments are unique to that fact that we prepare our products fresh right before your session!

First times clients are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you ample time to complete a health/history intake form and to use the restroom, so that your session will begin on time. Otherwise all other appointments are asked to arrive 15-20 minutes early.

Please allow yourself sufficient time to arrive early. If you are going to be late for your appointment please call so that we may adjust the time of your session to keep the schedule on track for the next client's appointment. *Note: please leave yourself extra time for traveling during the peak summer time, fall leaf season, as well as winter snow conditions.

All appointments are scheduled in advance with a pre-paid American Express, Discover, Visa or MasterCard. Once appointments are set there is no cancellations or refunds. If you prefer to pay by cash you will still need to give a valid credit card number at the time of scheduling.

Please schedule your appointments by phone, not email. Our website contact form is a great way to inquire for additional information, or if you have questions about a particular therapy. However emailing us does not secure appointments.

Gratuities are not included with any of the services. Gratuities are optional and are left totally up to the client's discretion. If you decide to include a gratuity on your credit card, please let us know at the time of scheduling or you can do so with cash at the time of your appointment. 15-18% gratuity suggested. Follow your heart.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please send a replacement or assume financial responsibility for the session. Missed, late or unused portions of series packages cannot be refunded or made up.

Do not eat a heavy meal prior to your appointment. Please do not wear any aftershave, perfume or cologne. We would appreciate it if you did not smoke on your way to your appointment. Please leave all jewelry and valuables at home.
Ashi Therapy and its staff will not be held responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A written consent form for treatment must be signed by the parent/guardian before
the session begins.

Ashi Therapy center and the outside grounds are a non-smoking environment. To avoid disturbing anyone's session we ask that ALL cell phones, pagers and car alarms must be turned off during your visit at Ashi.

Please leave pets at home. If you have a pet in your car, please do not use the grounds for your pet's personal needs. The grounds are kept clean for walking areas and outside classes & activities.

Discounted series packages are available for all of our services. These series packages can be used for you or with your verbal permission for family and friends.

Note: if you schedule an appointment for someone on your series card and they do not show up for the appointment your series card will be charged for the service.

All discount series packages are non-refundable and are good for services only.

Gift Certificates are available for any of our services. Gift certificates can be purchased for a particular service or for a specific dollar amount. Gift Certificates are on a quality card stock sealed in a beautifully decorated envelope with hand calligraphy.

Gift certificates can also be purchased in advance over the phone by credit card.

All gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase.

Ashi Therapy can mail gift certificates or an aromatherapy gift basket full of aromatic goodies! Additional postal fees are applicable.

Classes ,Courses and Workshops are available for Qigong, and Aromatherapy.

Classes are available for private and group instruction. All registration and class fees are non-refundable. No make-ups or credits for missed classes.


Ashi Therapy professionals are available for phone/email consultations in reference to any questions about how to acquire education, networking, information etc. about our fields for a professional fee. We are available for complementary media interviews.

We are contacted often, sometimes on a daily basis with questions such as; how does one get started in this profession, where do we purchase items, can we apprentice studies, etc. Though we would like to be able to have all the time in the world to provide this information, our time and main focus is for the patients, clients and students at our center. The professionals at
Ashi Therapy pride themselves are continuing their education to add to the wealth of knowledge that comes with time and experience.
